The right of withdrawal will be cancelled prematurely for distance selling contracts - for the delivery of sealed goods which are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene, insofar as their seal was removed after the delivery.

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days, without stating reasons.
The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party appointed by you who is not the transporter, took possession of the last goods.

about your decision to withdraw from this contract by sending a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post, fax or email). You may use the attached sample Withdrawal Form, which is, however, not obligatory.
In order to comply with the withdrawal period, it suffices that you send the notification on the exercise of the right of withdrawal prior to the expiry of the withdrawal period.
Consequences of the Withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we shall repay to you all payments which we received from you, including the delivery costs (apart from additional costs which arise from the fact that you selected another type of delivery than the most economic standard delivery we offered), immediately and not later than within fourteen days from the day on which we received the notification about your withdrawal from this contract. We will use the same payment method for such repayment as the one you used for the original transaction, unless explicitly agreed otherwise with you; no fees will be charged to you for such repayment.
If the goods can be returned normally by post due to their quality, the following shall apply:
We may reject the repayment until we received the return shipment of the goods or until you provided an evidence that you returned the goods, whichever occurs earlier. You are to return or hand over to us the goods immediately, and in any case not later than within fourteen days after the day on which you notify us about your withdrawal from this contract. The period shall be deemed to be complied with if you send the goods prior to the expiry of the period of fourteen days. You shall bear the direct costs for returning the goods.
If the goods cannot be returned normally by post due to their quality, the following shall apply:
We will pick up the goods. You shall bear the direct costs for returning the goods. The costs are estimated to amount to a maximum of EUR 150.00.
You do not need to reimburse any loss in value of the goods, unless the loss in value is attributable to you since you handled the goods in a manner which is not necessary for inspecting the quality, properties, and functionality of the goods.
